Your policy wording(s) will provide details of how to make a claim. In some instances you may be able to report a claim directly to insurers or their representatives.
If you need to make a claim or have been made aware of an incident that may result in a claim, please call us on 0800 071 0999. Our opening hours are 09.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday other than usual English bank holidays.
You can also email us on info@alarminsure.com with a brief description of the claim and we will contact you to acknowledge receipt and discuss whether any further information is required before referring it to the appropriate insurers.
